Downtown Toronto Hotel with Pool

"Stayed here with family. Hotel is very kid-friendly and offers everything we needed and more. Nicely located. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Kid’s play center is wonderful. My family enjoyed the pool and water slide. Hotel restaurant was a bit expensive but the food was delicious and good quality. Underground Parking was convenient. Loved our room, kitchen was nice and bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Staff is great! We’re planning to stay here again. Highly recommend! "

"Wait longer from the check in cause of the confirmation number from Expedia booking is unable to find and initial name but subsequently found it after almost an hour, the Jacuzzi is not working, that requires attention. Overall staff are very nice, clean place to stay, and good buffet."
