We had such a fantastic stay. Our room was very clean and the design of the hotel and room is modern. The entire staff were attentive and greeted us everytime they saw us. We especially enjoyed the choices at the free breakfast. So yummy! The hotel is perfectly located and in walking distance of the activities we had planned. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we had a great time.

Clean room, comfortable bed, although there weren’t enough pillows, not enough toilet paper or Kleenex. No ice machine but later discover we had to go down to lobby bar to get some. No hotel parking which was annoying. Enjoyed breakfast and glad it was included in price. Cost of room was also very affordable at $200 for the evening.

The room was spotless. The design of the hotel and the rooms facilitate cleanliness both short and long term. The breakfast buffet reminded me of the RIU buffets in Mexico. Staff was very courteous.

I had high expectations given this is a brand-new hotel, but unfortunately my stay fell short in several important ways. First, cleanliness was a consistent issue. While the room appeared acceptable at a glance, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. There was a significant buildup of dust under the bed — an area with ample clearance and easy visibility — and the dust was bad enough that I ended up coughing for hours afterward. The washroom was also not clean, which was particularly disappointing in a new property. Surfaces and details showed signs of being rushed over rather than cleaned with a careful, thorough lens. When I asked about food or drink delivery options, I was simply told to order Uber Eats. While that’s fine as an option, I expected clearer guidance or basic in-house support given the brand and location. The beds were also not very comfortable, which compounded the overall experience. Individually, some of these issues might have been manageable — but taken together, they made the stay feel below the standard I expect from a RIU hotel, particularly one that is newly opened.
