“Staff was very nice but ceilings are poorly insulated for sound, you can hear conversations upstairs. Staff started cleaning room upstairs at 9am on a Sunday which was very loud and we felt was too early. Also no comforter or duvet on the bed - or in the room as an option - was too cold in the winter.”

“Parking good. Easy check in. First morning i forgot the room code in room to get back in hotel before it opemed at 11 when we went out for breakfast, so i couldnt go back into our room until after 11.
The second and last morning we got woken uo by the fire alarm going off . We didnt smell smoke but because it alarmed me we packed up and left. There was no fire as th3 alarm did shut off straight away so we wondered if someone was smoking i the other rooms .
