“It was a perfect stay. ”

“We pretty much had to navigate the hotel ourselves. I didn't see the signs for the Cafe till the last day of our stay.”

“Upon arrival we found ants in our room, cleaning staff was quick to clean them up but Front Desk denied it was an issue. Breakfast was pretty basic.”

“It was way over priced. Thanks to the algorithm we paid the most out of both hockey teams. I would advise for the option to cancel and rebook. More rooms became available closer to our booking for $100 per night cheaper. The staff also called the police on the 3 teams that were hanging out in the lobby area. Not once was anyone asked to leave or shut it down. Then we had police (one was a bit aggressive especially to men) show up. The next night the hotel simply hid ALL the chairs in the……

“THE best hotel I’ve stayed in for some time! It felt like I was in a cozy European hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe are inviting and visually appealing, especially in the lobby as you enter and in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and overall the property was super clean. And while you are there, I would suggest dinning or just having a drink at the restaurant. Like the rest of the hotel, the staff was great, the decor is beautiful,……

“I stayed here for about a month and overall had a very good experience. The customer service was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and they were especially accommodating with pets, which made a long stay much easier. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is average, the beds are decent, and having an on‑site laundry facility was very convenient for an extended stay.”

“I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I’ve only ever gotten a room on the first floor, which is kind of like the basement although there is access to the parking lot I guess the property is built into the side of a hill if that makes any sense. Anyway, this time my room was quite obviously updated compared to the last few times I stayed so I don’t know if they’re going room by room or what but this room was refurbished in the last year or two is my guess. All in all I had a good rest……
