A/c wasnt working so called front desk at 12:15 AM, guy named Nav said hes sending maintenace instead he sent housekeeping guy who just toggled the switches. Nav called our room and when asked wheres maintennace, he literally started yelling and hungup. When I called back and asked, he said he was done with me. Very rude and unprofessional. Same moment we realized our door didnt even lock. Talked to the manager next morning who gave us another room but this guys Nav, hope noone has to deal with him.
