Memorable experience

We had such a wonderful stay! Justine and Mona were incredible hosts – they carefully explained everything to us in detail and even taught us about the food and onsen etiquette. Their kindness and attention made us feel so welcome. We have honestly never experienced such a high level of service before, not only from Justine and Mona but from the entire staff. It was beyond what we are used to, and it made our stay both relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were amazing, giving us a true sense of the onsen setting. The outdoor bathtub was a highlight – absolutely perfect for unwinding. We didn’t feel quite ready to try the public onsen this time, but maybe next time we will! The food was another unforgettable part of our stay. We were surprised by the generous portions for both breakfast and dinner, as in Denmark we are more used to smaller servings. We hope it wasn’t rude of us not to finish everything, but we truly appreciated the experience. We tried many things we would never have thought of otherwise, and especially loved the black sesame tiramisu. The ceramic ware was beautiful, and the presentation of each dish was exquisite. All in all, this was a truly special experience, and we are deeply grateful to Justine, Mona, and the whole team for making it so memorable.

Ryokan’s kaiseki dinner was finely executed and delicious. Ryokan has a “lion “ dance show in evening for guests, a bonus. Room size was smaller than we expected but adequate. Location was okay as apart from some stores around the square, there was nothing else around the area.

太好了

星野界品牌的溫泉旅館服務真的沒話說，員工很有禮貌，我自駕遊在大門卸下行李之後，員工不是指示了停車場方向便了事，而是在車前小跑步經一段路引導進入泊位，酒店氛圍寧靜，房間隔音良好，露台可遠觀周遭溫泉區景觀，房間日式風格榻榻米，但配置了床，並且有個空間十足的生活區，－樓溫泉大浴場到凌晨一點，一泊二食日式料理早晚餐都很精緻美味，座位全部半開放式私人房間，餐廳員工很努力用英文解釋每道菜式的材料和烹製方法，住了兩個晚上，感到無比舒適。

さすが星野リゾートといった感じで、終始快適に過ごせました。ラウンジや地域に根ざした装飾、料理、イベントなど、非常に楽しめました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの際に名前を把握していない（おそらくHotels.com経由で予約した関係で英語表記になっていた）、山代温泉の食べ歩きクーポンについて知らないなど、界だからこそもっとスムーズに行って欲しい部分がありました。 上記以外はスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが感じられ、とてもいい滞在となりました。

很棒的入住体验。

酒店环境优雅，有很丰富的文化活动，我们入住当天先体验了传统日式茶道，晚餐后还有狮子舞表演。酒店客人可以免费使用旁边的古总汤，别有一番风情。唯一美中不足的就是酒店的温泉池稍小了一些。
