Wonderful resort, relaxing, peaceful resort with nice staff. Language barrier, but staff work hard to overcome it. Reefs outside the resort and the lagoon are wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful hotel staff, very clean, great amenities! Hotel staff was very accommodating. Assisted us with taxi service and reservations for massages which was very helpful since we're English speaking. Restaurant staff very kind man saw my two year old fell asleep at the table and brought a stroller over to lay him down so I could eat! Whenever we vacation again in Okinawa, we'll be back to Alivila!! Nothing but excellent things to say about our stay!! Thank you!!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. During our weeklong trip in Okinawa, we stayed at three different hotels, and this one was our favorite. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. And we had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. We had a balcony, which was great, although my only complaint is that there is zero privacy on the balconies, since other guests can see you clearly and you can see them, since the ocean view balconies are hanging balconies. The bathroom was also very spacious and I really enjoyed the large tub. They included bath herbs as a toiletry, and it was great. The pool was also very nice and I really enjoyed lounging on the beach. The private beach was the best private beach out of all the hotels we stayed at. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet at Hana Hana. There was a good variety of dishes, including Okinawan specialties. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels like you’re in a Spanish mansion. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
