Hotel room was clean with comfortable bed. Spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from the room. Bathroom is tad bit tight. Public onsen is decent, as in a bit dated. Great nevertheless, it’s not like we get to see Mt. Fuji from anywhere. So this one gets added point for that even if onsen can do little better with cleanliness. Front desk staff were wonderful whenever I could catch hold of them. They speak English and were even kind enough to hold my heavy luggage for a day while I could go sightseeing. But they may not be available at the desk in the morning. I waited for someone for about 40 mins on the couch, but no one was there to help. This could be a one off issue. But they were wonderful otherwise.

Great place to stay! Food was great in the hotel but it you wanted something outside the hotel there are plenty of options including High Spirits which was awesome.

i was a bit early and staff said checking at 3pm, room is still being cleaned without asking my name. Not sure how she knows that cleaning is not done as she does not know my name or room number. Or maybe all guest must wait till 3pm the same. If u hv heavier baggage, go round the bag. Hotel is quite far from bus station. But close to Train station

This hotel was in an okay location. It was about a 5 minute walk to a train station and a grocery store. Bus stops were located right outside. The room was HUGE! This was the 4th hotel we had stayed in while traveling around japan and we had to get a room with two twin beds because we booked so last minute. We were not expecting it to be so big! We had so much extra room we didnt know what to do with it. We had a table and chairs to eat at plus the two beds. Bathroom was a great size as well. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. We opted to not have the room cleaned during our stay and they left fresh towels at our door for us. One thing to note is on expedia it says "shared bathroom" for all my other expierences this means you share the bathroom with people on your floor. Not sure if this is a mistranslation or describing something else like the onsen perhaps but you definitely have your own private bathroom in the room. We almost didnt book the hotel due to the description saying shared bathroom. Im so glad we booked because it was a good hotel.

Not much impressed. The room is not good as in the image. The bedsheet didn't get changed. I found someone's hair on the bed. And the room does smell. We went during golden week, so not so much choices we had. If you have any other options, go with it!
