I really love this hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The view of Mount Fuji from the onsen is breathtaking. I'm definitely going to come back and stay at this hotel if I ever visit Japan again.

Excellent property - newest one in the area. It is walkable to many areas in Kawaguchiko but the Fuji Q amusement park cuts off the direct route so it is longer. Clean and professional staff.

We were fortunate enough to have a room with Mt Fuji view and it was absolutely gorgeous. Facility was lovely but would be even better if shuttle service is provided to/from Kawaguchiko station. Helps especially dragging luggage walking in summer heat was brutal.

Hotel is full of noisy and loud tourist and very crowded at breakfast if early. So have a late breakfast preferably. Bed and a lounge chair is stained with some weird marks. No bottles of water in the room. We stayed overnight on our road trip to get to Haneda the next day. There should be far better option to overnight.

The experience of an Onsen was great and the view of Fuji San has been memorable. We loved the varied breakfast and the option just to receive a set of clean towels everyday was veruy convient. The goods available in front of the Lift and at the Onsen were great.

Right next to the FujiQ Highland station and park. Great view of Mt. Fuji from the open air bath. Such a unique and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back again.
