This hotel is very rigid, we arrived at 3:30pm and they said the check in only starts at 4 pm even the room was already ready. We Politely checked again at 3:55 and again they said that you need to wait until 4 pm!!! They even charged¥550 per luggage stored even for hotel guests. We checked out at 7:15am and told them we would pick up the luggages at about 12 noon the next day. To our surprise, they charged us twice that amount because they said that it’s over 24 hours. We couldn’t believe it and turned it down!

The view of Mt.Fuji from my room could not be beat—it was perfect. I loved the onsen as well. I would say the only drawback was that it is quite a walk from the train station—about 1/2 hr. So not ideal if you have luggage. Taxis were hard to come by for us. We could not get a taxi to take us to the train station at 8am.

Great location to stay. You can literally view Mt. Fuji from your bed, no need to even step outside. Friendly staffs are eager to help. Fantastic breakfast, make sure to add that in your room booking. There are couple of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distances. I would say very good place that I can possibly recommend.

Fantastic view!
The person at the desk on arrival (pre check in) was not friendly or helpful and made us feel unwelcome even when using our japanese speaking skills (minimal) or google translate, he just didnt seem to want to interact with us. We left our bags where instructed so that we could go out for the day and were surprised that they were left in the public area where anyone could have taken them. Thankfully they were still there on our return and friendlier staff were working the desk when we checked in. The room was a great size with a perfect view of Mt Fuji. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We had the fuji view room and it was absolutely stunning. We came in at night and didn’t see Mt Fuji coming in, but we woke up to a perfectly clear day with Fuji in sight. It was awe inspiring and majestic. They provided comfortable kimonos/pajamas to walk around in. There’s a nice viewing area on first floor with indoor and outdoor seating in view of Fuji - even with a set of binoculars to look at the mountain. Onsen in hotel was also had views of mountain. Staff was very helpful with luggage transport and they have shuttle for station but not many time options or capacity to utilize it so reserve spots early. Only cons were that the rooms have the door connecting other rooms so there is less privacy and you can hear people in the other room. We also ordered the massages and the ladies came up to the room for the massage but it wasn't a good massage. For the price of the room and value, it was amazing. It’s far from a lot of restaurants and the station but the 7/11 around the corner was more than enough for us.

Staff were completely rude and unhelpful in every way possible. Every time we came to the reception there was already another couple having an argument with the reception staff. Stay clear from this one, only thing they have going for them is the view of Mount Fuji they get.

Good value. Excellent view of mt Fuji from the room. Onsen a little too hot. Separate baths for male and female. Breakfast is buffet style and cook your own meat n fish. Dinner is a little light. Not enough food for big eaters. Dinner was ok only.

Inconvenient location, near impossible to contact
Very difficult to contact this hotel in terms of finding out when there shuttle bus operates despite multiple messages, emails and phone calls. As it turns out, only runs shuttles from 3PM-5:30PM, otherwise you need to book a taxi from the station to get to this hotel which is quite far away. Check-in is also quite late at 4PM and the receptionist was quite abrupt. Instead of greeting us, the first thing she said was “Check in at 4PM” despite the fact all we wanted to do was drop off luggage. In addition, a pair of pants was left behind in the room and it has been near impossible to contact the hotel to check if it is their lost and found. A nice view of Mr Fuji, and a nice onsen. But overall would not stay again

Location isn’t so good, especially if you don’t rent a car. No public service, only taxi, but there’s a transportation service of the hotel according to their timing. The view is great and the room is fine.

The view of Mt. Fuji is FANTASTIC. From the rooms, from the onsen, from the restaurant, from everywhere. Two negatives: the distance from the station (1500 yen taxi), and the furnishings, while fine, could use an upgrade. Otherwise it was great. Food at restaurant, friendly staff, spacious room. It was an enjoyable stay.

Staff has a limited in English and the room temperature is kind of too warm though the outside temperature is -5oC. The staff is unable to help with this. Other than that, the view is excellent especially Fiji Mt, you can view it clearly from your room. Room is big for 3 of us. Kimono dresses were provided and staff are friendly.

Room was huge can open 3 luggage’s. Big window with full view of Mt Fuji. Toilet was big and brightly lit. However room only has heater so it was stuffy, need open window to let in cool air. Breakfast is Japanese style, limited choice. They provide a grill to cook own meat and fish. It wasn’t nice. Location is not accessible you will need a car to reach hotel. Staff were great. I got slip disc which happen suddenly, they help search for hospital nearby and gave us the address. We needed to change return location of our rental car to airport branch, hotel staff help us to call Nippon and explain my medical condition. We had language barrier so this was a great help.

Will give 5 stars if the communication via the platform was commited. I contacted them multiple times via platform and email with no response. Tried to arrange shutter bus pickup but ended up walking 40 minutes with bags to hotel as it was difficult to get taxi at station at night.
