This is not a very fancy hotel but has everything you need. Mt Fuji view will be exceptional if the weather is good enough. Staff are all very nice and friendly.

Hotel de style japonais confortable

C'est un hôtel traditionnel confortable avec un menu kaiseki très bon. Le onsen est agréable. Par contre le lieu est trop touristique et du coup cela perd de la magie de vivre une vraie expérience relaxante : accueil et service efficaces mais rapide. C'est relativement cher pour la prestation

河口湖住宿漲到天價，這家一泊二食兩人不到二千港元一晚，乃性價比之選。預訂後旅館一直能有效溝通，不但知道客人生日贈送一瓶白酒，更以合理價3500円就讓我們後加入行程但住另一酒店的朋友可以舆我們一起享用懷石料理。食物也超乎預期。 旅館位於小山坡上享無阻擋開揚河口湖景及側富士山景，小巧整潔，估計翻新不久，只有十多二十間房，滿房也不太多客人，加上所有員工都熱情有禮，讓人感到賓至如歸，放鬆悠閒。 頂樓提供的是真溫泉，雖沒有露天部分，但展望河口湖，空間不大但景觀開揚，也十分乾淨，我們下午4時及早上7時均可獨享溫泉，舒服到不願離開。 十分推薦不求窗外有正富士山景（沿湖步行幾分鐘就有較正中的富士山景）的朋友入住。

Best hotel in kawaguchiko

Amazing hotel - not as fancy from the outside as maybe a few others on the lake but it’s an amazing beautiful hotel with the best staff we had in Japan! And wonderful dinner and breakfast, fantastic prep and great chef!
