Very nice property on Lake Lawaguchi. The staff was excellent! When we got there, they basically held our hand to our room. First time at a public bath and must say, it was excellent!
A nice hotel with amazing lake view. It’s a surprise to have a beautiful view of Fuji Mountain on 7/F in early morning. Shuttle bus was arranged to Kawaguchiko Station on request.
Provides sumptuous breakfast, really yummy. Both private Onsen and public Onsen is good. Hotel is very clean with nice ambience. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly even though there is language barrier. There is only 1 English speaking staff whom assisted me to solve my luggage issues. Will definitely stay again when i come bk to Mt Fuji.
Thank you for the comfortable stay. Staff here are friendly and speak good English. Their breakfast was also amazing. All in all, very memorable stay and we wish to revisit one day.
It is a great place to stay! We stayed in a western-style room but it still had the traditional feel. Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly and polite. Beautiful views of the lake and you can see Mt. Fuji from the rooftop deck. We took advantage of visiting the private and public onsens, the traditional breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. We had a great massage at the spa also. The location is also walkable to restaurants, shops and the train station. We would stay here again!
