“The parking is enormous and very well secured by camera. The room was cozy and comfortable, also real clean. We went to eat at the restaurant of the casino and wait line was endless, it could be good if clients of the hotel could have priority to the dinning room.”

“The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Another huge challenge we had was the shower. The door opens the same side as the shower head and it’s directly behind the door to the bathroom. It was……

Not only that, but there were a number of people waiting and she was not at all efficient in handling the crowd. I chose to come to this hotel and stay here. So when your staff is unpleasant, I will choose to go to any of the other hotels that are so close to yours along that stretch of the 401. “Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side……
