「The bed was super hard. Not comfortable 」

「Suite was just as advertised, clean, organized and well-provisioned, in a quiet residential setting. Isolated-enough from primary occupants, who I never heard or saw. Luxury-style early 2000’s bed/bath in very good condition, and plenty of space (honestly more than I needed as a solo traveler), vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, streaming video, comfy bed, enough chair/table space to work on my laptop, with solid,secure WiFi. 「Came there for a family reunion and had a great time. Had a few little things that were rectified quickly and I want to personally thank Allison and Tom for getting back to us so quick. Kids had a blast with so much to do that they didn't even think about the TV. House was more than spacious for 18 people and the pool and hot tub was a big hit. If you want quiet and nature this is the place and don't forget to watch for the deer that roamed through the property. 」

「Online pics were spot on . Couldn't described it better than cozy and the mornings wild life you can see from the backyard patio . Location almost 20-30 mins from every park visited 」

「Jeff was great. The check in/check out was so streamlined. It was hot out, so we had an issue with AC. Sent Jeff a message, who was quick to respond with a resolution. Perfect. It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room. 」

「We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! 」
