「Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. 「I booked through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get the check in instructions for some reason. But their staff was super helpful over the phone. The place was AWESOME, they got everything you needed. The loft was so nice and clean, the bathroom was even better. Love it!!!!」

「Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,...
