「Lovely space. So delighted by the king size bed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Easy access to Metro and access into the Capital. 5 stars, would stay here again. 」

「All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.」

「Amazing and will be returning」

「We had a great stay! The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Everything went smoothly, and we had no issues during our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience!」

「Nice location that would have been tranquil were it not for the two (or more) yapping dogs on-site.」

「Very clean apartment.」

「服務人員很有禮貌」

「My stay at Sonder Georgetown C&O Apartments was deeply disappointing due to a highly distressing lockout caused by an unprofessional deposit policy. The staff failed to collect the $50 deposit at check-in and later insisted I return to pay it, without clarifying any deadline or potential consequences. I never intended to avoid payment; when I returned later, the front desk was occupied, so I planned to settle it after dinner. Shockingly, just a few hours after check-in, the staff deactivated my...

「Beautiful home in a great location. Super host!」

「Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. A kitchen knife would also be a practical addition to the utensils. Also, the other bedroom is only accessed thru the shared bathroom and if locked by the...

「Place is cozy and equipped with essential items such as washer and dryer」

「Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.」

「Great unit - very clean, and had everything we need and more! Good distance to DC, and very close to quality restaurants. The kids really appreciated the snacks after a long travel day. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. We hope to stay again.」

「Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Great back yard. Will stay here again when back in the area.」

「不好，suit居然沒有浴缸，爛透，terrible! I 'll go,again.」

「A great rustic private place in the city! It looks fairly new. We had plenty of hot water for three of us! Fridge, a/c work well. Very quiet; no traffic noise! Might be a better place for only 2 people. It is difficult to get to the bathroom during sleeping hours from upstairs if the sleeper sofa is out. The bed upstairs is nice but the sleeper sofa is noisy and not really flat. Sleeper sofa works fine if you put the mattress on the floor. Great place for 2 people!」

「The amount of space is good and it has the basics. Easy street parking. There was a strong smell in the unit, suspect it was incense, and it could have been cleaner. There were dead ants in the fridge and dirty dishes in the cupboards. The renter cannot control the temperature; you have to call the landlord to switch on AC or heat. She was very responsive to our requests and is very kind. But it is quite pricey for the quality.」
