「Quiet area.」

「Love the area. Kernersville is a great community. Loved the huge backyard! The washer and dryer were so great to have. The things I didn't like were the open ceiling above the shower. It was scary. Horrible water pressure, too! The air conditioner wasn't working the last 2 days. It was only good as a fan. Luckily, the evenings were cooler and the ceiling fan helped a lot.」

「This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of...

「The host went out of her way to be accommodating! She made my stay so easy- exceptional to be exact. Even called to confirm I had arrived and that all was good in the apartment. Great neighborhood - close to wonderful restaurants. Bed was comfortable and 2 big televisions. Full size refrigerator with ice maker made drinks in the evening easy. I will definitely be coming back. Don’t miss this gem if you are coming to Winston-Salem.」
