"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. "L'appartement "non fumeur" était sale et sentait la cigarette : odeurs, du gras partout dans la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, grosses taches sur le sol, lavabos et douches sales.
Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Et malgré nos relances par la messagerie d'expedia et une réponse par mail nous indiquant que cela allait être réparé sous peu rien n'a été fait : c'est honteux de louer sans eau chaude !
Au niveau équipement : très peu de vaisselle et pas assez de couverts pour 4...

"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently.
Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. "Property is in a good location, and is a good size apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. There’s also a washing machine and an outdoor verandah where you can hang clothes. There is a beach view which is lovely but unfortunately, this is where it ends. Apartment was not clean. Everything appeared dirty. We washed the towels before using them as we weren’t sure they were clean. Apartment smelt like cooking, and was very stuffy. Only one bowl provided, so tricky with breakfast! "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay.
The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids.
Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service."

"Lux Belle Mare was just simply amazing and perfect!! All levels of staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you!
The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you.
We also dined at Amari by Chef Vineet Bhatia and this was also really great and so worth the visit!
The beach was absolutely beautiful too, white sandy beach with lots of loungers. However the swimming pool would have been great with more loungers.
We were celebrating our pearl anniversary and they gave us a few different treats that made it all feel very special.
Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!
