Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "If I could give Tamassa Hotel and its incredible team 100 stars instead of 10, I would! We recently hosted my son's wedding reception at Tamassa, and calling it "memorable" would be a massive understatement, From the very beginning, the coordination via email has been seamless. We needed a quick turnaround, and the team stepped up without skipping a beat. The mind-blowing organization took all the stress off our shoulders. Every single detail was handled with precision, creativity, and flawless execution. What truly sets Tamassa apart, though, is the staff. The level of courtesy, warmth, and genuine care we experienced from every team member was unmatched. The staff was constantly one step ahead of our needs, making sure we and our guests were completely taken care of. Their expert advice on layout, flow, and touches we hadn't even thought of elevated the entire event. It was the bride's first trip to Mauritius. Tamassa hotel did everything to give a great first impression. Our guests were amazed by the service.Thank you to the entire Tamassa family for pouring your hearts into the newly married couple's special day and making it an unforgettable celebration. If you are thinking about hosting an event or wedding here do not hesitate. They are truly the best in the business! We will have a lot to share with our friends in Canada when we get back home."

"I loved how eco conscious the property was, refillable toiletries, water stations and paper straws only! The beach was lovely, staff at boat house really helpful. The food was al a carte and lots of vegetarian and fish options which we liked. The drinks are on the expensive side but I think they good value for quality food makes up for this. We did full board and I would reccomend it. You can see there are some minor things to iron out like I didn’t like trying to be sold on booking dinner at the chefs table restaurant all the time. We used the spa on the last day even with discount this is pricey but the full body massage was amazing!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Blue Bay. Ein guter Spot zum Schnorcheln, da man von der Terrasse aus, einen direkten Zugang zum Meer hat. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine Parkmöglichkeit für den Mietwagen war direkt gegenüber des Hauses vorhanden. Die Haushälterin Syrene stand täglich mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Haus wurde jeden Tag wieder frisch hergerichtet. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Auf Grund unserer frühen Ankunft wurde uns auch ein früher Check-In ermöglicht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden diese auch gerne wieder buchen."

"the hotel is quiet place and very clean, bedroom as done regularly and clean.breakfast is same thing everyday but tends to get busy during weekends. If you renting a car you might not get parking inside during week end unless its included in your hotel reservation fees. bathroom in comfort room was excellent just the screen on the bathroom doors need a retouch and also there need more modern Usb plug ins. small beach but blue bay beach is few feet away .Is just very nice location. "

"So I’ll start with the positives. Staff was friendly, room was clean and pool was nice and breakfast was nice to start the day. My room did have a rather warm pleasant smell for most of the stay and I was below the rooftop and the music played ALL night so base could be heard through then ceiling. Overall the stay was fine. Rooms were nicer in photos and there is not much around the hotel but the little beach is pretty and a nice little restaurant next door. "
