「Its a small apartment. The base boards look like they were cleaned with muddy water, the shower is heavily stained. Its in a terrible neighborhood. Bullet holes in the post right outside the front door!」

「This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would.」

「I sincerely appreciated my stay. Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. Communication with the property Manager was on-point and immediate. The property was FULLY stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, fridge, dish towels, everything! The temperature control was easy to manipulate and kept me comfortable. The...

「The host was very accommodating to my requests. He was quick to respond and was easy to work with. We were in town for a wedding, so he helped us out with our timelines.Home was clean and he provided some snacks and coffee pods for arrival. This was a big help and has become rare for most places we have stayed, It was great to have those items because we did not have to go to the store first thing. We were able to unload, grab a water or coffee, grab a snack, rest and then move on to other...

「House had everything we needed. 」

「Great stay.」

「There were housekeeping issues for us, not terrible, but ants on kitchen counter, they disappeared once we wiped counter down with cleaning wipes. Hair on chairs, chairs were heavily soiled, showers needed to be cleaned as well. Nice space, water in back is beautiful. One of the doors downstairs had a doorknob that was coming off, fridge downstairs needed to be defrosted. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms are large and bright and pretty. Host was quick to respond to our messages, but her...
