“Richard was a wonderful host, communication soon after we reserved and on into the stay. This is a very nice place close to town and not far the beach. Quiet location with a walking/riding path right behind the yard. Porches front and back to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also appreciated the washer and dryer as we had been on the road for a week. A cozy place to enjoy PSJ.”

“This home was immaculate. I requested to arrive a few hours early due to attending my nieces wedding and driving all morning. They were soooo accommodating. The home was extremely clean an exactly like the photos. The farm was also very cute. Great for young children to see the animals. Thank you so much for making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. ”

“The host was welcoming and stayed in touch. Great location to the shops and restaurants. I didn't like that I had to sign another rental agreement in addition to the VRBO rules. It was about 5 page and basically absolved the owners of everything and made you responsible for everything. I have never had to do this with any other rental I have done through VRBO. The cottage was clean except the floors. My feet got so dirty walking in the cottage that I wore my shoes most of the time. The……

“We had a wonderful stay here! The place was really nice, well stocked and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our small group. The outside was nice, with a porch to hang out on, and a fenced yard for the dog. It is within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We plan on coming back. ”
