「We had high hopes for this property but left four days early due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout the unit. Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned — dirty linens and wet towels were on the washer, and the kitchen had almost no supplies. Within minutes of arriving, a deck rocking chair structurally collapsed when I sat in it, causing me to fall and bruise my hip.
