"Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better to just stay in town. Do. Not. Come. Here."

"Whenever I am able to stay at Como Uma I do. Its the perfect first night stay into the Kingdom and the perfect place to stay the eve before departure. The spa is eceptional and I am always blessed they allow me to swim in the pool when I am able. The staff are always kind and caring and the food is excellent. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this property. The location was perfect though in town, the room was very quiet and felt soundproof, allowing me to rest peacefully. Shopping and other conveniences were close by, which made it very convenient. Since I stayed only one night, I didn’t get to use many of the services, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out and made me feel comfortable. The only drawback was that the safe wasn’t working. Overall, I really liked the room."

"Good location. But when it rains, outside the hotel kind of stinks. Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail. Staff is fantastic. If you need something, it's just a call away and they respond right away. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "
