“Petra met us as we came up the stairs to bunkie from street level. And she was a lovely host Great view, ideal for a single night stop over in Port Dover. Swim pretty much right from her waterfront deck, shared (with host). Outdoor shower is heated. And is semi private. Bring your own shower soaps. Bathroom is not in bunkie, but down a set of outdoor stairs. Toilet and sink. And also has a closet area through bathroom with small fridge, kettle, keurig, two mugs and a set of bowls. Coffee cups……

“Easy check in, clean”

“This stay was as advertised. Our group rented 2 of 3 bunkies on the property and had no issues. We didn’t explore the property very much as we spent our days at nearby beaches. I didn’t clue in that it was a shared, stand alone bathroom/shower central to the 3 bunkies (I thought they were attached and private) but likely I didn’t read thoroughly enough. Host was friendly, responsive, and had more amenities available than expected. If the forecast calls for hot weather, be sure to bring fans!”

“The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful.”

“We were happy with our one night stay. The initial cost for stay before VRBO charges was very reasonable, however the VRBO EXTRA charges are excessive especially for a one night stay.Booking was easy, communication with owner was great. Cottage was clean and all we needed given we spent most of our time with family at another cottage. We appreciate cottage being pet friendly.”

“Absolutely beautiful location. Loved every second of our week getaway! Being able to sit on the deck to watch the stars and listen to the woods was a dream. The host was very communicative and the tiny house was clean when we checked in. Such a pleasure to stay there and would love to come back!”

“One confusing issue was the check in time. The expedia e-mails say checkin & out times as 3:00 & 11:00 but the host advised it was 6:00 & 12:00. Sophia was great at comunicating with us and did move the checkin time up for us. When we arrived everything went smooth. The instructions were very clear and easy. Host may want to cosider 3:00 checkin time to align with hotels so it dosn't conflict with usual dinner reservations. The rooms and property were clean and beautiful in a quiet scenic……
