「The property was great for the price range! It accommodated my family well and the backyard was excellent for having pets with us. Nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located and easy to access. The front porch swing was a great addition. 」

「This home is adorable. It is quaint, but clean and had everything needed for a small family or group to enjoy their time in Lubbock. It is located on a residential street North of the TTU campus, just off of Indiana Street, that seemed to have lots of working class families neighboring it. There is a park about a block behind it. If honest, upon arrival, I was a little concerned about the area, as I am not that familiar with Lubbock, but we quickly realized it was a quiet and seemingly safe...

「Had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The home is so cute. Everything was as stated on the description. Our host left snacks, water in the fridge and coffee. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Nice upgrades in bathrooms…showers were a bit challenging for our age group, but we figured it out. The floor air conditioning vents in the kitchen area need to be secured better…hazardous now. We did purchase an electric can opener as the one provided is not working. The home was perfect for our family gatherings each night for dinner. I can add a group picture later.」
