「Very cozy and quaint lakehouse with a great lakefront deck and screened in porch. We enjoyed basking in the sun and playing shuffleboard. Very relaxing & quiet spot to spend the weekend. Nice neighborhood & close to Gainesville 」

「This is the first time that we've stayed in Lake Lanier House 1. We've stayed at Lake Lanier House 2 two other times and as always have been pleased with our stay. The properties are always clean and comfortable. Restaurants and stores are in close vicinity. We'll definitely book again.」

「We stayed in Unit C and Unit D for over a month. Best price for a luxury large one bedroom suite. Clean, upscale looking, with everything you need to cook, coffee, entertain (2 large tv), and laundry in the suite. Central location to all shopping malls and restaurants chains. Customer service was great and fast!」

「The ad was pretty deceiving and the outside parking / driveway didn’t look like the pictures. there were ants or some kind of tiny bugs crawling on the floor in and around the bathroom. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a short shower and there were 3 of us that needed showers so we were left to take cold showers There were no pillows , just pillows with shams on them , so who knows if the shams had been washed. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom . And there were no...

「Not enough seating for 7 people. The couch was a blowup couch. Very uncomfortable. We Needed more towels. The picture made it look like the lake was closer than it was. The contact person was very nice and responded in a timely manner. It wasn’t a bad listing, just wasn’t what we needed as a family. Kiddos needed more room to run and play.If it had been just hubby and I, it would have worked much better. 」
