“Great house, great location. Walkable to downtown but we drove because I was pretty sure the steep hills would be too much for me. Lots of free parking options downtown. Such a sweet downtown! We also drove to Gibbs Gardens, about a 45 minutes drive. SO worth it! We'd definitely stay here again.”

“The house is great! We really liked the layout. It’s not easy to find a house with 5 bedrooms. The downstairs space was fun. We enjoyed the pool table and watching movies on the big couch. The kitchen was well appointed. The area where the house was located was very pretty and peaceful”

“This cabin is so cozy and clean. My husband and I stayed 3 days and did not want to leave. The AC was great. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Amazing views of the river and easy river access which is why we came. There’s a deck right on the river. We came specifically to relax and have some peace. This place was 100% peaceful and enjoyable. The host is friendly and very responsive. Definitely recommend and we will book again. ”

“The host was very attentive to our needs and truly deserves the Premier Host designation, even dropping off extra toilet paper and a gas canister during our stay. We were impressed with the quality of the kitchen dishes and utensils, as well as the thoughtful bathroom supplies provided.We especially enjoyed watching the fat squirrels hanging by one foot trying to get all the bird feed! It was also such a treat to see the mountain bluebirds nesting with babies in the birdhouse on the front……

“The cabin was perfect. The location was great for day adventures and then in the evening you could relax by the fire or enjoy the hot tub. Everything in the cabin was cozy and thoughtfully styled. We loved all of our time here . ”

“Cabin was very nice. Great location. However it is infested with large black carpenter ants, in all areas except the loft. Even in tub and shower. We checked out early because of this.the hot tub was unusable. Very little water inside, and what was there was very nasty.”

“I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The host was so nice and helpful. The property was spotless and had a kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. We had so much fun on the river with our daughters, their husbands, my two granddaughters and my husbands brother. My granddaughters loved catching tadpoles in the water and doing some trout fishing although they did not catch any fish. An eagle flew by several times and we saw a beaver swimming by on several……

“The cabin itself was super. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. I would give it a 5 but the road leading to the cabin was horrible in places. The cabin had lost internet/WiFi. The owners were aware of this and were working to get Starlink.”

“Very cozy and quaint lakehouse with a great lakefront deck and screened in porch. We enjoyed basking in the sun and playing shuffleboard. Very relaxing & quiet spot to spend the weekend. Nice neighborhood & close to Gainesville ”
