“Beautiful property with good staff and security. The room was very homey. Pool access is controlled with signing in with the attendant, but a very refreshing dip. It's a popular spot, so expect lots of kids though. Very nicely decorated, and as a Westerner, laying in front of the palm plants with the stone waterfall running was a very inviting tropical feel! “1) Suggested that outdoor chairs and perhaps a table be supplied. Not expensive stuff. The owner said if I contributed 500 pesos for delivery fees, they would be supplied, Huh. A very bizarre suggestion. 2) Asked for a refill of drinking water. No response. Utterly negligent. ”

“The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. I picked this unit over others in the same gated condo complex because of the king size bed and sleeper sofa (w/ picture of the sofa included). There was……

“I was moved from Palladium to Lafayette rating the latter. Staff was very good but cookware and some utensils were old. There were flying ants which appeared sporadically. I was concerned about air conditioner where it was only enclosed with light styrofoam which is often blown away leaving much air escaping ”
