Breakfast is mediocre and you need to reserve in advance. Elevators during peak periods are often crowded and slow. A good value but be prepared for elevators. "

"I only had the breakfast buffet once but It was well sorted. I recommend to do reservations in advance, we did not have one and had to wait 30 minutes which was not bad since we can seat and enjoy the view of the city and the tower. I loved that they set the room at night, place chocolates on the bed, Ice and the weather forecast for the next day. You will loved the place!"

"I've stayed here twice now and the value for price is amazing. Location is great. It's a two minute walk from Shiomi train station which can get you to Tokyo station in about 20 minutes. Disneyland is very close as well by train. The facilities are very clean and new. They have a Family Mart attached to the hotel, a restaurant, an Onsen, washer/dryers (which are expensive and don't work great but still convenient). There's also a Weller bus line that comes twice a day and can take you directly to Narita Airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the outside and lobby but the rooms feel very stuffy and the bathroom didn’t feel clean. Staff did not communicate well in English and the breakfast was the same every day and not very good. I felt for the cost we paid wasn’t really worth it. We spent 5 nights with another couple and tbey felt the same as we did. The location is very central to the shops and restaurants. The Lobby bar was also very nice with good service. "
