「原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。」

「A bit far from the center of the city but the quiet and the pleasant views made it worth the couple taxi rides. A very well stocked grocery 1 block away. We would lunch out and cook dinner in. The staff is not to be equaled—- really wonderful and helpful. 」

「I'll start by saying the apartment was roomy, very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The location was perfect for us, with a cafe on street level and a 10-minute walk to the metro. But, we had some issues and would probably not stay here again. When we tried to check in (at the designated time), someone was taking photographs of the apartment, so we had to wait 10 minutes, then wait another 10 minutes while the place was cleaned (why would you not clean it...

「This is my 2nd visit of STAY Seaport. I experienced the change of Copenhagen, especially where the location of the hotel is. When I 1st came here, there is no Metro connected to, no other supermarket but only Netto, no building in front on the hotel. It changed a lot. I can find many restaurants to fulfil my stomach. There is a pier at Orientkaj that is 10mins walk to the hotel. I can go back to the hotel easily by taking the ship after paying a visit to the Little Mermaid. There is a lot...

「We loved the apartment. Huge space with high ceilings and all the amenities we needed. We had great communication throughout with the property. We asked for a high chair and cot, and this was all set up ready for us when we arrived. There was a lift in the building to the apartments too. 「I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app. It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy. I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again....

「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「We stayed 3 nights. It is 5 minutes from Metro and supermarket. Although the apartment is near the beach, there is no seaview and all units are situated at ground floor. The unit and the garden are facing the road with no privacy. Kitchen is ok but the maintenance of the unit is no good. Shower head, exhaust fan are not functioning well. 」
