Eigentlich schöne Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend, jedoch im Augenblick noch von lärmenden Baustellen umgeben. Eine Hinweis darauf war im Vorfeld nicht zu finden. Sehr ärgerlich. Sonst war die Beschreibung und Kommunikation gut. Wir haben unser Auto kostenlos in der Straße abstellen können und sind entweder mit Rädern oder der Metro in die Stadt gefahren, ging super. Trotz Neubau schon / noch viele Defekte. An zwei Esstischstühlen ist die Sitzfläche nicht mit dem Stuhl verschraubt, Kühlschranktürverkleidung nicht befestigt und damit schlecht zu öffnen. In der Küche sind viele Teller und Gläser vorhanden. Gute Pfannen. Es fehlte uns mind. ein kleiner Topf und eine Teekanne. Spülmaschinentür knarrt unangenehm beim Öffnen. Wahrscheinlich hätte man uns schnelle Abhilfe angeboten, wir hatten aber keine Lust auf Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Urlaub. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr, sehr eng. Die Dusche mit Duschvorhang (!) war unangenehm. Mülltrennung war nicht möglich, draußen im Schuppen gab es nur eine große Mülltonne.

Rent, fin leilighet - litt utenfor sentrum! Bygges rundt så litt støy, men ikke veldig sjenerende. God informasjon og enkel innsjekk/utsjekk! Veldig fornøyd :)

We stayed at Clover house for 5 nights towards the end of August as a family of 4 (my and I plus 2 teenage boys) Positives: The apartment was lovely well laid out and clean with a well equipped kitchen. There was enough space for all four of us comfortably although most of the time we spent in the city. There were supermarkets close by all walking distance with the beach also about a 15min walk. The metro was about 10-15 mins walk away with amazing access to both the city centre within 10mins and the airport in the other direction. We were really impressed with the public transport. It was a great line to be on. We were also able to grab the donkey republic rental bikes and cycle to the city centre in 15 mins along the dedicated cycle paths. The area felt really safe and was generally quiet at night (except for building work see below) Negatives: There is a lot of building work going on right next door to the apartment where they are building new apartments. They started work around 06:30 to 07:00 in the morning and there was a fair amount of noise first thing. Evenings were fine. The reality was we spent most of the time out in the city as that’s why we were there so didn’t affect us to much but it did wake us and I do feel this should have been better advertised both on hotels.com and on the daniel and Jacobs website as the construction is really close. Der Zugang war völlig problemlos und alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Eine kleine Anregung hätte ich noch: Deckel für die Töpfe wären im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit top.

Great for families

Great place if you are with a family. Kitchen and laundry unit inside the apartment is great. Very modern and clean place. There is construction near the building but we were there mostly over the weekend. They did start working on Monday morning.

Ypperlig overnatting for familie på bilferie!

En utrolig fin leilighet med garasje (mot betaling) i kjelleren. Kort vei å kjøre til sentrum, så for en familie på fire på bilferie, er dette ypperlig i forhold til små hotellrom. Vi satte utrolig stor pris på kaffemaskin med flere kapsler, samt at det var oppvaskmiddel til oppvaskmaskin, samt olje og salt tilgjengelig om man skulle lage noe enkelt til middag. Vi bodde dessverre bare én natt, men kommer gjerne tilbake.

Nice new apartment

Nice apartment for a few days about 10 minutes walk from the metro and close to the sea. I booked this specifically because there was a balcony or terrace, but unfortunately we were given a room at the Ground floor with no furniture on the terrace so it was useless. And the view was to a concrete wall. The ventilation didn’t work for the first two days so it was very warm and moist - especially after Four people having showered.

This place is nice, but have a lot construction going on, one day we woke up at 6am by the construction noisy. The place has a washer but no detergent, which is disappointed. There were a BIG stain on our blanket, that was very obvious, I don't know why they want to continue offer that to the customer.

Comfortable, cozy, & clean and great location!

We had a small issue with check-in but the hosts had excellent communication and were quick to respond. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We really enjoyed exploring the location, there are some really great coffee shops, a big grocery store, and a restaurant called Pirlo that was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here for a great place just outside the city center.
