「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「Front desk staff are very efficient & professional. Dining & lobby area is far better than the room ! The worst part of the room is the toilet… the shower area is not separated from the toilet, therefore after you have taken a shower, the whole bathroom floor is full of water ! No AC in the room, but they provided a desk fan. Love the long desk. No cooking facility except a microwave & a fridge. 」

「It was a nice stay at the Mores. The room is very large with the living space and the bed seprated with a partition in between. The bath room is large too with floor heating system. It is more like a self-service hotel with electric oven, dish washer and so on so you can cook simple food if you like. The location is good with shopping street nearby within 5 minutes walking distance while the neighbourhood is very quiet. "I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!"
