“Clean cabin's, nice location close to Mountain National Park and other amenities. I would prefer if the host provides some additional necessary items handy in the cabin rather than getting from Housekeeping who are available only during certain times.”

“I've stayed here a number of times. It's an older property but the location and price made up for the outdated feel. But this time, no hot water was a deal breaker. On check in, I was informed to let the water run for "10 minutes or so. We're having issues." Colorado is on drought alert with mandatory water restrictions. Letting the water run for 20 minutes was awkward and was still too cold to shower. While not monumental, the coffee urn in the lobby had cold (guessing yesterday's)coffee in it……
