“Great location for our visit with adult grandkids”

“It was a bit nostalgic. It made me think of places we might stay on road trips with my parents when I was a kid.The location was great for activities we had planned. No long drives.”

The host Brenna was super responsive and the home was as described and pictured and was within 45 minutes of so many wonderful places to visit. If you have a large group to accommodate in or around the Arvada area, this is the place for you!”

“We had a great stay for a fair price. Property was clean and ready to go. Manager communicated timely. Check in was a fairly tedious process uploading ID and CC to verification site. Probably necessary now days but not exactly my favorite thing to do and different from other rentals I’ve used. ”

“This place was a little slice of paradise. We would’ve been happy to stay much longer, but it was a perfect landing spot for the night after a Red Rocks show. The view was possibly even more gorgeous than the listing shows, and the apartment itself was very clean and charming. I hope to return here if I have lots of writing to do and want to retreat into the wilderness.”

“Great place to stay! Lots of room to spread out. Hot tub was a nice addition to have in the evenings. Clean accommodations. Easy to access and host was very responsive. Beds are on the soft side and we had trouble with the Internet. Golden was surprisingly delightful! We would definitely stay here again. ”

“A very nice basement apartment. Located in a good neighborhood. This place was recently renovated and updated. It was very clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. We used the kitchen / family room area often. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker and the great selection of coffee pods. The refrigerator was good to have. There was plenty of space for the three of us. Good lighting. There were welcoming snacks for us, also. A small kitchen area with dishes, a sink to wash them,……

“The home was modern, clean, and well maintained. We had excellent communication with the property manager. The neighborhood was lovely with a park near by. The backyard was beautiful with a pool and hot tub. We wound definitely stay again again!”
