“Amazing home! Better than the pictures! Felt like a home away from home. Accommodations were everything we needed and the host was great! ”

“The house is roomy for a large group, we had six people. They're significant deferred maintenance on the property, for example one of the toilets didn't work properly, a kitchen drawer was hanging in the opening, The bathroom door wouldn't close, The gate to the yard is broken, the weeds are 3 and 4 ft tall all through the yard, towel bar very loose and almost hanging off the wall. There were only two washcloths in the entire home, and the ceiling fan in the back bedroom upstairs did not work.……

“We loved the house! It was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a gorgeous dining table that was large enough for our family of six. The neighborhood was conveniently located near I 70, a fantastic produce and food market, Heine’s, and shopping mall just 10 minutes away. Oh, a kind neighbor jumped our dead battery when it was time to leave!”

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Location is great and room was clean but it’s very obvious they cut a lot of corners to keep their costs down and maximize profits. Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away. WiFi info was also……

“We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level.”
