    The space
    Charming newly renovated two bedroom upper level apartment offers a well equipped space to launch exploration of the Denver Metro/Arvada area. This space is very close to the popular Terrace Park, along with the rest of scenic Terrace Park.

    The surprisingly spacious floorpan allows for a comfortable work area in the living room, wifi is well suited for work from home when needed.

    Large smart screen TV is your ticket to your favorite apps (bring your logins).

    You'll love the large eat in kitchen, with everything you need to make quick snacks to full meals. Full size appliances and gorgeous cabinetry make this a welcome surprise!

    The queen bedrooms are a lovely respite, with plenty of closet space, and just next door to the full bath with lovely tiled shower/tub. The Stack washer/dryer is at the ready for your laundry needs.

    Just outside the back door you'll find outdoor seating, table with chairs and a easy to use grill for your use.

    This is a vibrant neighborhood of a cross section of Colorado natives and others who enjoy the local adjacent park. We enjoy the diversity this community offers.

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were in Arvada for family celebration and found the house close by and convenient to other locations

Had an amazing week’s stay. The apartment was super clean and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is very friendly and close to food, shopping, and the perfect location for day trips to all of Colorado’s most popular destinations from the Rocky Mountains to Colorado Springs. The host was extremely communicative and kind and made sure we had the best stay possible - we very much appreciate it and can’t wait to visit again.

Very cozy place, host was in constant communication with us. Clean, great area, hot tub was awesome. Close to restaurants and a Walmart. Shower had great pressure. Loved the French press coffee maker. Beds comfortable. Full kitchen which is always helpful during travel. Closet stocked with cozy blankets. Backyard was very peaceful with a park view. Washing machine and dryer worked great. Highly recommend this place!

The only issue was we didn’t know the hot tub was like a shared space and so open to the rest of the apartments. Other wise it was terrific
