"I booked two nights here and they were laying down Flooring and there was adhesive they were using that made my dad very ill. They tried to give us another room up higher on the third floor and he was so sick all night from that adhesive. He complained and the lady who has management at time told him that she would contact Expedia and refund him the second night back. She did not do that. By the time we realized she wasn’t taking care of it. I can’t get a hold of Expedia to get a hold of the manager. I spoke with to get the credit back for the second night so they would be willing to give credit back, but they won’t take initiative to contact Expedia over it and I can’t get a hold of anyone in customer service at Expedia to contact the manager to get the credit back. Not happy with either one of them right now because we didn’t stay the second night we had to leave because he was ill. Ruined the vacation. "
