「We were in for a football game and the place was perfect. Very clean and comfy and lots to do in the Iowa River Landing area. Check in and check out could not have been easier and Kyle kept in touch regularly over the weekend. I only took one star off on "family friendly" because I did not have any little ones with me. Excellent stay. I would absolutely stay again!」

「This was the perfect location for attending a football game. Very close to the stadium, lots of room, and several televisions. Loved Stella's, the bar/restaurant down the street. Manager Brian was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation...
