“My son, daughter-in-law and 2y/o grandson were coming to Iowa City for my late wife's celebration of life. My home a/c went kaput in the midst of Iowa heat/humidity, so I needed to find someplace cool for them to stay. This property fit the "cool" description literally and figuratively...wonderful a/c and a beautiful home. Everything seemed "newish", clean and well. maintained. Large yard in a quiet neighborhood. Close to just about everything in the IC area. Responsive owner, easy check-in.……

“This townhouse had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a group of eight. Plenty of space, good parking behind the unit, unit was new and very clean. Only thing was that the walls were a little thin and we probably annoyed our neighbors.”

“We truly loved our stay at Calyx Creek Lavender farm. I have nothing but good things to say. The tree house was new, nicely furnished with everything we needed and great layout. The owner (Taylor) was great and super nice, the staff were nice as well and accommodating and we loved the drinks they made. The location was perfect. 15min to North Liberty that had some really great restaurants. 15 min to Amana and 20 min to Iowa city. Perfect if you are staying for a graduation or just want to relax……
