"House was well equipped and clean. We couldn’t get the fire going so relied on the split systems which were OK. No off street parking as described in listing. Water pressure in shower not great. Within walking distance of the lake which was a nice walk. I highly recommend The Perennial cafe for breakfast, on the way into Wagga Wagga."

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.It is located in the back of an 1950s office block that is quite run down, with no opening windows in 2 of the bedrooms and acess via the back alley wbich has smelly rubbish and not secure parking.
