「My stay at Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami was okay overall, but several issues affected the experience. On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.” There were a number of cons as well. 「到達目的地前早幾日聯絡住宿，查詢入住程序，沒有人回覆，查電郵兩天沒有回覆 尋找訂購指引，亦沒有指示 到達機場時致電聯絡，客服不懂英文溝通 我和仔仔帶著行李到達住宿地下，地下沒有指示，再嘗試致電聯絡要求懂英語的客服，有位懂英語，但是發音是日語英文，用了數分鐘才能理解要步行另一地點check in，感到非常無奈 住宿環境舒適，服務員是友善的，無奈沒有好的準備，便影響一切感受 Expedia有指示是入住24小時會收到入住信息，可惜等了又等，也沒有收到」

「相比附近的住宿 價格較低 地方也十分寬敞 整潔度也不差 性價比十分高！！ 也有洗衣機及加濕機 設備很齊全 花灑的力度也十分足夠。 唯獨有一點小缺陷 廁所有一點異味 但在可接受範圍 房門不能在入面反鎖 要自己多加注意安全 位置距離地下鐵較遠 可以的話 坐計程車會比較方便 不過性價比真的很高了！ 」
