「乾淨舒適， 各項設備都很好， 服務人員 特別親切熱誠。」

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

「提供廚房用具及食具，真好！房間提供折凳，小心坐好，好容易坐下翻倒！」

「super central, large space, and great location near everything. May be hard to find initially as it’s in a middle of a mall complex, but well worth it」

「The whole configuration of room is terrible. There are no doors to bathroom and one can enter through main door. The room has no AC and no fan and it is only good for 2.」

Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「Sijainti oli täydellinen ja näkymä myös! Asunto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Tulemme uudestaan.」

I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key. I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key. 「The property is in a very good location right on the town Square in old town Tallinn. We had a two bedroom one bath apartment with a view of the interior apartment windows. The apartment was clean and had a washing machine so that was nice. The apartment did not look like the photos.」
