「This is an amazing house and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. We had a large group and everyone had a beautiful room to sleep comfortably in. The house has clearly had thought and care put into every inch of the home. It has been meticulously renovated and everything from the floor in every single room to the curtains to the decor to the furniture is beautiful and top notch. They clearly spared no expense. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and will definitely be staying again!...

「Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease. We visited over Thanksgiving with our two families. Coffee, cocktails and meals were enjoyed with the scenic ever changing backdrop of the Nomini, as it flows into the Potomac. 「This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!」

「Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) Towel bar and toilet paper holder in upstairs hall bath fell off wall with normal use. Shoes were left in front coat closet upon our arrival.」

「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」

「Stayed here for an extended period while working in the area. Easily accessible to Quantico, good parking, clean, large tv for viewing sports or movies. No oven but does have microwave and all the other necessities.Alphonse was very responsive to messages and provided cleaning service as needed. Would book again next trip in the area.」
