"I was such a beautiful place to stay! There was plenty of room, and plenty of pillows - rare in Japan! The decoration was very tasteful and welcoming. "The staff was very helpful and kind, special thanks to Yuisa, who checked us in and the woman at the reception who checked us out. The room itself was well kept, we stayed 3 nights, our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The city view was absolutely beautiful and worth the stay alone. Fairly amazing walking past the church just next to the elevators. Overall, very satisfied and would certainly stay there again."

"A really excellent stay. The room was spotless, the location couldn't be better, and everything worked exactly as expected. The breakfast and the facilities went beyond what I was hoping for. The only small thing, and I mention it only as constructive feedback, is that at one point some of the staff came across as a little distant. Nothing that spoiled the experience, but a warmer welcome would have rounded off a stay that was otherwise flawless. I'd happily recommend it and would stay again."
