This is an elegant and refined property with high-end shopping in the lobby and exquisite service. Castle view rooms are magnificent, although the property itself sits against a business park, and you will need to take a convenience subway to get to shopping districts and sites other than Osaka Castle. Note the castle is literally 100 foot walk from the hotel and is not to be missed.

Dated hotel that had its prime.Air condition is old and smells mouldy. Rooms are well maintained. Hotel is nicely situated. 5 of 5 is the hotel service and is top notch. Breakfast is 4 of 5. Hotel fitness studio is not for children accessible, and is not for free for quest, hence 1of 5 .

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very good. The hotel is adjacent to the Osaka Castle and two main rail/subway lines making it close to a major site and easy transportation.
