"We had a very satisfying and excellent experience during our 8-night stay at INNEST HAKATA. In fact, we felt at home. The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. It had a functional kitchen, with all required utensils and tableware, a two-stove induction cooktop, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. "初めて利用させていただきました。 家族４名での利用です。 チェックイン用の端末を上手く見つけられず、最初手間取りましたが、端末の操作自体は問題ありませんでした。 交通量の多いところですので、急いでいる方はゆとりを持ってチェックインされた方がいいと思います。 お部屋は家具家電が揃っており、今回洗濯はしませんでしたが、洗濯機だけでなく洗剤も置いてあったので、使いたい方はありがたいと思いました。 洗面所のゴミ箱に、前に止まられていた方の分なのか使用済み歯ブラシが残っていたのは少し気になるところですが、あとは気になりませんでした！"

"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice. Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."
