"Hotel is not on the main road, it's a 15 min walk to downtown, which is doable but not always easy with the weather. There's no elevator in the hotel, so take into consideration for your luggage. We had a bad experience with the driver recommended by the hotel. It seems that the driver and one of the reception staff are related, and he is not always very friendly."

The only thing to watch out for is the inconsistencies in water temperature when taking a shower (started with extremely hot, then optimum to completely lack hot water), but this would be just my luck when other guests are showering at the same time.
