「Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it」

「We stayed at this suites hotel for about 2 weeks. We rented the 2BR/2batjs suite with a kitchen. Great location (walking distance from Raoucje and restaurants), well maintained, Four-seasons service, cleaning ladies are amazing, anything you need is a phone call away by dialing “100”! Parking is easy, you pull-in, they take the keys from you and park it. We would definitely return next year! 」

「yes, we had a balcony room with sea view, the staff were very accomodating when we asked for late checkout. Also, the airport shuttle made a big difference, a brand new electric van.」
