「This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels. Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because they had makeup on them?! Never heard of this one before」

「The hotel is great. The service was excellent and the front desk super helpful and nice. You can’t heat the price. The pool is excellent. It’s not luxury comfort but rooms are clean with a good bed and strong air conditioning plus a mini kitchen. It’s a 20 minute walk from town which is fine during the day but bring a flashlight at night. Uber is 3 dollars.」
