I have concern about rooms price, I took the Bungalow room but I checked with our cousins which took on the same resort on the top of pool, to be honest the view was better and the room internally was better even in size , our room was very small and you don"t have space even for languages, the pool is impressive , and staff are supportive

We had high expectations for this stay after hearing good things about it, but our experience was very disappointing. The infinity pool was unstaffed; we could not find anyone to provide towels or help with umbrellas. There was no music and way too many insects. We waited an entire hour after the bar's open time but it never opened and no one ever showed up. We walked into the spa and waited for 10 mins but no one was around. The recreation room seemed abandoned and not maintained. Like there's no ball rack or second stick for the billiard table. To top it all off, after paying roughly 350$ per night and several staff tips across the stay, I was asked by reception to pay an additional 3$ per night for valet because they were "a separate company". Incredibly petty. Overall, a clearly terrible experience.

Staff team was very courteous, unfortunately room was not what we expected. Lots of ants that we woke up to in our bed and on the floor at 5 am. They gave us 50% off the next time we come but we technically didn’t have a well rested night; although it was a nice gesture I just didn’t expect that from this resort.
