“I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. “The house was close to the venue of the tournament we were in town for. We weren’t at the house really only to sleep which the accommodations were great!!”

“Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay.……
